I love Salvador Dali’s art with his extraordinary view and simbolism, and his dramatic love for Gala, which made his art emotion and so surrealistic, but you can open your mine’s eye when you need his picture to create your own story. It has inspired me to create a conversation between Gala, Dali, Time , life and me from a composite of Salvador’s work.
I am Ella Boughton and I am a Russian. I grew up in a very culturally diverse household, which led me to be exposed to traditional Russian art, so my work is a blend of Modern imagery with a classic and expressionist style, also I like working with illustration and graphic design. I came to America four and half years ago, when I married my American husband. While in Russia I worked in the world of finance. Not knowing the language, it was difficult to realize myself in a foreign country. I began to learn English in a community Southwestern College, but I was bored and I added art classes to my schedule. I enjoy art with a passion, and what you see is my work after two years of art class. I am passionate in my quest expand my art skills....
