This was an exercise in drawing perspective. I choose the stairs from my home because it has a nice perspective view with good horizontal and vertical lines. I tried to bring the textures of walls, furniture and carpet. In finally it place looks like living breathing.
About Ella Boughton
I am Ella Boughton and I am a Russian. I grew up in a very culturally diverse household, which led me to be exposed to traditional Russian art, so my work is a blend of Modern imagery with a classic and expressionist style, also I like working with illustration and graphic design. I came to America four and half years ago, when I married my American husband. While in Russia I worked in the world of finance. Not knowing the language, it was difficult to realize myself in a foreign country. I began to learn English in a community Southwestern College, but I was bored and I added art classes to my schedule. I enjoy art with a passion, and what you see is my work after two years of art class. I am passionate in my quest expand my art skills....
